Terms of Service

CLIPCO (clipco.app) is a platform where creators run clip campaigns and clippers submit TikTok, Instagram and YouTube clips. Views on verified clips earn payouts according to each campaign's stated rate. By using CLIPCO you agree to these terms. For questions, contact info@sparkyourbusiness.net.

You sign in with your Discord account and may optionally connect social accounts (such as TikTok via its official login) to verify ownership. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to hold the underlying Discord and social media accounts under their own terms.

You may only submit clips that you posted from accounts you own and have verified on CLIPCO. The following lead to disqualification from payouts and may lead to removal from the platform: submitting someone else's content, artificially inflating views or engagement (bots, view farms, engagement pods), duplicate submissions across accounts, and any activity that violates the terms of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Discord.

Clips remain yours. You grant CLIPCO permission to display clip links, public statistics and campaign standings (leaderboards) within the platform and the associated Discord server.

Views are measured by our tracking: official platform APIs where an account is connected, otherwise publicly available statistics. Campaign standings and payout amounts are computed from those measurements at the rate and minimum-payout threshold stated per campaign. Our measurements are the basis for payouts; we make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate but platform-reported numbers can lag or differ.

Campaigns have budgets and may be paused, ended or archived by their creator. Payouts for suspected fraudulent activity may be withheld while investigated.

CLIPCO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Discord. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount of payouts owed to you and not yet paid.

You can stop using CLIPCO at any time and ask for your data to be deleted (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
